All Structures are timber and cladded with Asbestos Corrugated Cement Sheets. The Fan Assembly is made of M.S. Hot Dip Galvanized Steel or FRP, Fan Blades are made from Aluminum Casting or FRP. Fasteners are HDG, nails are S.S.   ND SERIES TIMBER COOLING TOWERS This type of Cooling towers are natural draft towers made from treated timber, and the spray headers are made from M.S pipes HDG with spray nozzles. This cooling towers are designed for minimum 3MPH wind velocity and for temperature drop of 3-4 Degree C. There are no mechanical parts like Motor, Fan, Gear box. The main disadvantage in this cooling tower is the windage and drift loss is very high. Hence the make up water required is high. Secondly the area required for such tower is large.   NDF SERIES COOLING TOWERS This towers are natural draft cooling towers made from M.S. HDG Structures and FRP louvers, and the spray headers are made from M.S pipes HDG with spray nozzles. This cooling towers are designed for minimum 3MPH wind velocity and for minimal temperature drop of 3-4 Degree C. There are no mechanical parts like Motor, Fan, Gear box. The main disadvantage in this cooling tower is the windage and drift loss is very high. Hence the make up water required is high. Secondly the area required for such cooling tower is large.
